I mix a scoop into warm water around 8pm and the lack of caffeine means no jitters, just a slow drift into sleep. Ninety servings lasts me over three months, so the value is solid for a nightly ritual.
The powder dissolves clean in cold water, so I can sip it all day without that gritty texture. I slept six straight hours for the first time in weeks, and I actually woke up feeling like I’d high-fived my pillow.
The chamomile-and-magnolia scent hits as soon as I stir it into warm water, and it’s genuinely caffeine-free so I can sip it mid-afternoon without jitters. Takes a good five minutes to fully dissolve, but the calm kicks in about twenty minutes later.
