The sticks are perfect for my desk drawer—just rip, stir into water, and I’m set. I like that it’s got the herbs and mushrooms blended in, and I haven’t felt that jittery edge I’d get from coffee. Sleep’s been better too, which is a win for me.
The blend of herbs and mushrooms makes this a much smoother midday pick-me-up than coffee—no crash by 3 PM, and I've slept fine every night since switching. The stick packs are also perfect for tossing in my bag when I'm traveling.
The morning latte used to leave me wired but useless by 2pm, and these sticks flipped that script—the mushroom blend keeps me steady without the crash. I just stir one into hot water and get clean focus for hours, plus the pack of 30 means I’m set for the month.
