Kit de inicio Rest Latte

I’ve been reaching for this every night since it arrived—the rooibos and spice combo tastes like a cozy chai, and the valerian root actually helps me wind down without that groggy feeling the next morning.

I’m genuinely surprised how much I look forward to the evening ritual now, and the rooibos base gives it a naturally sweet, almost honey-like taste that needs nothing added. It’s been a week and I’m falling asleep faster than I have in months, without any grogginess the next morning.

I’ve been reaching for this instead of my usual evening tea because there’s zero caffeine but still enough of a warm, spiced taste to feel like a treat. The valerian root and ashwagandha combo does seem to help me wind down, though I wish the powder dissolved a bit more smoothly in hot milk.
