The individual stick packs are perfect for my desk drawer—no more hauling a tin to work. Mixed one with oat milk this morning and it dissolved clean with no clumps at the bottom, which I honestly didn't expect.

After a yoga session I just mix one stick with hot water and a splash of oat milk, and it dissolves smoothly with no clumps. The single-serve packs are perfect for keeping in my desk drawer, so I actually stick to my routine on busy workdays.
