I was skeptical about a drink powder actually helping me wind down, but this caffeine-free blend has me out cold by 10:30 most nights. It dissolves clean in cold water with no chalky grit at the bottom of the glass.
Three nights in and I'm actually falling asleep before my phone hits 20%. It's caffeine-free, which was the whole point for me since I was drinking tea way too late, and it dissolves clean with no chalky bits at the bottom.
