The vanilla flavor is genuinely nice, not that fake sweetener taste, and it mixes up smooth with just water. I've been using it on busy mornings when I skip breakfast, and the 25g of protein plus the digestion support keeps me full and clear-headed without any afternoon crash.
Took it after a workout and the vanilla flavor is decent, though not mind-blowing. The vegan protein didn't upset my stomach, and the probiotics are a nice bonus for a shake that's supposed to help with digestion.
