The 25g of vegan protein actually keeps me full for hours, and I like that the mushrooms and probiotics don't leave any weird aftertaste. Only knock is the powder clumps a bit if you don't blend it long enough, but the calm focus I get afterward is worth the extra stir.
The chocolate taste is pretty decent, though not as rich as I expected, and it mixes up fine with just water. I do feel a bit of a calm focus after drinking it, but the probiotics part is hard to notice since I can't tell if my digestion is actually better. It's an okay daily shake if you're after t
