The sticks are perfect for tossing in my bag for workdays when coffee makes me too wired. I love that I get steady focus and immunity support without any crash or messed-up sleep, and the powder mixes up clear with no clumps.
I was skeptical about functional mushroom powders, but this one actually delivers steady focus for my mid-afternoon slump without that wired feeling I get from coffee. The single-serve sticks are absurdly convenient for tossing in my gym bag, and I’ve slept fine every night since starting it.
The little sticks are perfect for my work bag, and I love that I can sip one after lunch without worrying about wrecking my evening sleep. The herbal blend gives me steady focus for a few hours, and there’s zero crash when it wears off.
