The first sip had no bitterness, which shocked me, and I actually made it past 2 PM without that shaky caffeine crash. The l-theanine really smooths things out, and I’m getting through my whole workday on just one mug.
Three cups in and I’ve noticed my afternoon crash is gone—the l-theanine really takes the edge off that mushroom blend without muting the arabica kick. The powder dissolves clean in hot water, no grit left at the bottom. This is my new desk staple.
I’m usually a nervous wreck after my second cup, but this blend with l-theanine and mushrooms actually kept me steady and focused through a full afternoon of meetings. The arabica taste is rich without that bitter edge, and one scoop per serving is super easy to measure out.
