The stick format is perfect for tossing in my work bag, and mixing one into my afternoon water actually gives me that steady focus I used to chase with coffee. I’ve noticed I’m not crashing by 3pm anymore and my sleep hasn’t been affected at all, which is a huge win.
I was skeptical about the herbs and mushrooms, but these dissolve cleanly in cold water with no chalky bits, and the focus boost is steady without that afternoon crash. Half a stick in my afternoon smoothie is now part of my routine, and I've been sleeping better than I have in months.
I was worried about the afternoon slump killing my focus, but these sticks mix into water in seconds and give me steady energy all day. No jitters, and I actually slept fine that night. The mushroom blend is a nice touch I didn’t expect.
