The pumpkin and spice taste comes through nicely without any fake sweetness, and it's nice to know there's no caffeine since I drink it in the evening. Only gripe is the tiny bit of sweetness it does have could be a touch less for my palate, but the adaptogens make it a solid daily ritual.
