I started making a cup about an hour before bed and the valerian and ashwagandha combo actually helps me wind down instead of just lying there. The powder dissolves clean with no gritty bits at the bottom, which I didn't expect.
The rooibos and spice flavor is warm and slightly sweet, way better than I expected from a powder. I've been mixing a scoop about an hour before bed and the ashwagandha and reishi combo genuinely helps me wind down without feeling groggy.
The valerian and chamomile actually knock me out about 30 minutes after a mug, which I didn't expect from something that tastes this good. The rooibos-spice flavor is warm and slightly sweet on its own, no honey needed.
