The turmeric and chai spice mix is genuinely nice with oat milk, and I do feel a bit more centered come mid-afternoon instead of crashing. Only knock is the mushrooms give it a slightly earthy aftertaste that took me a few sips to get used to, but it's worth it for the zero-caffeine focus.
