I’ve tried a lot of sleepy teas, but the rooibos base here makes it feel warmer and less herbal-bitter than most, and the valerian root definitely kicks in. I do wish the powder dissolved a bit smoother, but about twenty minutes after sipping, my racing thoughts really did quiet down.
