I’ve been mixing this into my nighttime routine for about two weeks now, and the valerian root and chamomile really do take the edge off after a stressful day. The spice notes are cozy without being sweet, and I’m asleep before I even finish the last few sips.

I was skeptical about a bedtime powder, but this one actually works—I'm asleep within 20 minutes of drinking it, and the chamomile and rooibos combo tastes like a cozy herbal tea, not medicine. The zero-caffeine aspect is a huge plus since I'm sensitive to stimulants.

The rooibos base gives it a naturally sweet, smooth flavor that I actually look forward to before bed. It’s definitely been helping me wind down faster, though I do wish it came in a slightly larger container. Great for those nights when my brain just won’t shut off.
