The chocolate flavor dissolves cleanly with just a shaker bottle, and the probiotics don't leave that chalky aftertaste I've dealt with before. I'm two weeks in, and the calm focus through my afternoon slump plus the fact it actually keeps me full until dinner is the combo I didn't know I needed.

I was skeptical about a shake that promised both focus and fullness, but the vanilla version blends up thick and smooth, and I genuinely feel more clear-headed after my morning shake. The probiotic and mushroom blend is a nice touch for digestion too.

The chocolate flavor actually tastes like a dessert, not a chalky protein shake, and it keeps me full until lunch without any jitters. I've noticed I feel more focused in the afternoon since I started drinking it, which is a nice bonus.
