I’ve been adding this to my morning smoothie for two weeks now, and the 25g of vegan protein plus the probiotics really keep me full and regular without any bloating. The mushroom blend gives me a steady focus by mid-afternoon that I didn’t expect from a shake, and the vanilla taste is subtle enough

The vanilla flavor is genuinely nice, not that fake sweetener taste, and it mixes up smooth with just water. I've been using it on busy mornings when I skip breakfast, and the 25g of protein plus the digestion support keeps me full and clear-headed without any afternoon crash.

The 25g of protein keeps me full until lunch, and I like that the probiotics are built right in so I don’t need another supplement. Mixes up smooth enough with just water, though the vanilla could be a touch stronger for my taste.
