The 25g of protein actually keeps me full until lunch, which I didn't expect from a shake. I love that the functional mushrooms and nootropics make it feel like a calming ritual rather than just a post-workout drink. The vanilla taste is mild and not at all chalky.

I was skeptical about a protein shake promising mental clarity, but after a week of morning shakes, I do feel more focused at my desk and my stomach isn’t upset like with other powders. The probiotics are a nice touch, and it mixes smoothly enough that I actually look forward to it.
