Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from a sweetener with lúcuma in it, but that two-to-one ratio of coconut sugar really delivers. It dissolves clean in my morning coffee and leaves this faint caramel finish that’s actually satisfying, not fake. For 30 servings, it’s become my new kitchen staple.
The butterscotch notes come through beautifully in my morning coffee, and one scoop genuinely sweetens the whole mug. I’ve already cut my regular sugar intake in half because this actually tastes like something, not just a sad artificial aftertaste.
Took me two days to nail the pronunciation, but the butterscotch note is real — it makes my coffee taste like I snuck a caramel square in there, without any of the fake sugar aftertaste. Way too easy to use the whole 30 servings in a week, which is on me, not the bag.
